CNC Machining - CNC Turning Process

Our Dousan 5 axis CNC turning/milling centre is more than just a fast, accurate lathe. With driven tools in the turret, a sliding fifth axis and a sub spindle, we can produce complex parts without the need for ‘second-operations’. Components machined at both ends with axial or radial drilling or milling operations are deposited on the conveyor belt ready for use. The machine is equipped with a magazine bar-feed system that permits reliable ‘lights-out’ operation.
