Powder Coating Process

Powder coating is part of the complete solution that we offer to our customers. Components are degreased and phosphated to chemically etch the surface and improve paint adhesion. The powder is attracted to the work piece by electro-static action and the job is then oven-cured. Parts are ready to handle and assemble as soon as they are cool. The process provides an attractive, durable finish in a wide range of colours and textures.
